Approach

Our approach begins with an initial consultation to ascertain preliminary benefit potential. We conduct a subsequent Opportunity Assessment to validate our initial findings and define specific strategies and initiatives to deliver client value. During the Assessment, we analyze the current situation including spending, pricing, contractual terms and conditions, and other factors. Where appropriate, we also evaluate business processes, systems, and organizational improvements. Depending on scope and complexity, we conduct Assessments within 1 to 6 weeks, with part-time client involvement limited to responding to requests for commonly available information. Subsequently, we work with our clients to help implement the strategies and deliver value to the business.

 

 

Implementation strategies may include renegotiating agreements with business partners; improving cross-enterprise collaboration; upgrading in-house capabilities; or pursuing other initiatives.
